1.       The dog owner accepts that each dog is required to undergo an orientation process to ensure that their dog is suitable for the day care environment. The orientation process will take place on an agreed date for a period of a half day and half day fees will apply.

2.       Although all dogs go through an orientation, Allsorts Pet Hub retains the right to refuse attendance temporarily or permanently. The dog owner further understands that while the results of the orientation will indicate whether their dog is suitable for day care at Allsorts Pet Hub, their dog may require reassessing in the future, particularly if there is a negative change in behaviour.

3.       While Allsorts Pet Hub does all in its power to minimise risk and although the orientation reduces the risk of a dispute occurring between dogs attending day care, it does not eliminate all risk.

4.       The dog owner understands in admitting a dog(s) to Allsorts Pet Hub, that it is a cage free environment and there are inherent risks associated with such an environment, including (but not limited to):

•        Injuries including broken nails, abrasions, cuts and sore pads

•        Transfer of communicable illness such as kennel cough

•        Behavioural problems

5.       Clients must advise any changes to their contact details

6.       Half Days are mornings only and dogs need to be dropped off before 9am. A half day consists of 5 hours.

There will be ½ hour flexibility with this, but after this ½ hour it automatically changes to a full day pricing.

7.       Payment for extra services is via Cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard or Visa.

Payment and Cancellation:

1.       Payments can be made via EFTPOS or Cash at drop off or at the end of the day before collecting your dog/s.

2.       All dogs are to be collected before Allsorts Pet Hub closing time of 6pm. Any late pickups will incur a surcharge of $10 per 10 minute increment. If a dog has not been collected, and no contact has been made, then the dog will be classed as abandoned and will be handed to the council.

3.       We require atleast 24 hours notice if you can no longer make your booking – cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a half day rate, and no shows will be charged a full day rate. (see price list)

Attendance

1.       A vaccination certificate must be produced on entry or with the application – All dogs must be fully vaccinated (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parvovirus and Parainfluenza) and Canine Cough (Bordetella) and a current certificate provided. A new vaccination certificate is to be provided each time the dog is vaccinated.

2.       Puppies are welcome from 14 - 16 weeks of age once they have had all 3 puppy vaccinations.

3.       All dogs over 8 months of age must be desexed. (case by case if advised by Vet to wait longer – dependent on temperament directly related to intact behavioral changes). Please provide a de-sexing certificate from your vet.

4.       All dogs must arrive on a leash and leave on a leash and must have a suitable collar, preferably with a fast release clip.

5.       If you have a walking aid such as a halti or check chain, please leave these attached to assist staff in walking your dog out into the day care yard. These will be removed while in the yard.

6.       If a dog requires medication, the owner must supply the medication with directions of use.

7.       Sick dogs cannot attend with anything contagious such as canine cough or conjunctivitis, or any pre-existing conditions such as stitches, split paw, limping or any other signs of discomfort. Dog owners need to notify Allsorts Pet Hub if their dog has not been well within the past 30 days. Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care reserve the right to request veterinarian certification of the dog’s health.

8.       The dog owner agrees to disclose any known aggressive/ behavioural issues prior to orientation. The dog owner must also disclose any aggressive/ behavioural issues that the dog may display or develop after the orientation process.

9.       Dogs will only be handed over to the authorized person/s whose name/s appear on the registration form. Any exception will only be if prior notice is given of the nominated person to the staff.

10.   Any ALLSORTS staff member is authorised to refuse a dog’s access into the Daycare if the dog displays unsafe behavioural problems such as aggression or health issues that may look to be contagious.

11.   We are an outdoor daycare - dogs will get wet, dirty, and sandy. These are signs your dog has had fun. If you wish your dog to be clean upon pick up, please notify staff if you would like your dog to have a hydropath or a rinse off at an additional cost, and the time you will collect your dog. We do our best to keep dogs dry a few hours leading up to closing time/pick ups.

12.   While Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care is committed to maintaining a secure environment, the dog owner understands and agrees that in rare circumstances a dog may attempt or succeed in escaping the premises. In such an event, Allsorts Pet Hub will take immediate action to recover the dog and notify the owner or emergency contact as soon as possible.

The dog owner acknowledges:

• Allsorts Pet Hub takes reasonable precautions to prevent escapes, including secure fencing and staff supervision.

• Despite all reasonable measures, no facility is escape-proof and risk cannot be entirely eliminated.

• Allsorts Pet Hub and its employees shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from an escape, except in cases of proven gross negligence.

• The dog owner is responsible for any third-party damage or costs arising from the escape.

• The dog owner releases Allsorts Pet Hub from any and all claims relating to such incidents.

Waiver and Liability

By signing this you are accepting all the Terms & Conditions. I agree that:

1.       I am solely responsible for any loss, damage or harm caused, or contributed to by my dog(s) while attending Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care.

2.       If my dog falls ill or if there is an emergency and I or my alternative contact cannot be contacted, Allsorts Pet Hub may seek immediate veterinary care for my dog.

3.       I am responsible for all costs associated with clause 1) and 2) above.

4.       I will abide by all rules and regulations set out above in Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care Terms and Conditions. I accept all Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care rules and regulations, accepting all terms, conditions and statements contained within.

I release Allsorts Pet Hub Day Care and its employees and agents, from all liability and indemnify Allsorts Pet Hub from any or all claims of every kind and nature whatsoever, arising directly and indirectly, from my dog(s) participation in activities or use of service and including legal claims.

I have read and understood this agreement and I understand I am waiving certain legal rights by signing and agreeing to this document.
